Alison White

Alison White is a Senior Lecturer and Program Director of the Graduate Diploma of Clinical Physiology at Griffith University, as well as a cardiac sonographer with over 20 years’ experience in echocardiography. Alison’s current area of research includes exploration into the field of affective reflection and how this builds resilience in allied health professionals. Alison served on the DMU Board of Examiners for 10 years from 2005 to 2015. Her contribution to the profession of cardiac sonography has been recognised nationally by the award of ASUM Australian Sonographer of the Year in 2012, and international recognition in 2017 as a Fellow of the American Society of Echocardiography.
